Sabine Coessens has been Operational Risk Manager for the Group Corporate Affairs at Proximus, the largest Belgian telecom company, since June 2001. She is responsible for the insurance portfolio. She manages all the claims of the Proximus group (liability, property, handset insurance, cyber, fleet, worker’s compensation and small damages like events, luggage lost and others). She also handles contract management, maintaining control of all important contracts on the liability and insurance clauses. She is regularly consulted in several projects within the company.
