Paulino works with clients on dispute resolution and insurance matters. Based in Madrid, he has almost 25 years’ experience in international dispute resolution and is conversant with comparative law, different legal systems and the use of ADR.

Paulino holds a PhD and is dual qualified to practise law in Spain and England and Wales Solicitor and is a mediator accredited by the CEDR.

He acts as an advocate before civil and criminal courts, mediator, arbitrator and counsel to arbitration. His areas of practice include banking and financial fraud, political risk, D&O, professional indemnity, W&I, BBB, K&RE, corporate and shareholders disputes, breach of contract, offshore and onshore energy (oil & gas, renewable), construction & engineering, transport, aviation, marine and reinsurance. Experienced negotiator and legal strategist, he is a recognized player in the international matters.
