Pauline Davoust is a French national from Brittany living in Switzerland for the past 9 years. She holds two MScs in International Business and Law and in Insurance Management from various universities in France, Sweden and Germany.

She started her career at Swiss Re in 2006 in client management for Scandinavia and joined the start-up Glacier Re-Insurance in 2008 in property underwriting. She has worked since 2015  as Global Risk and Insurance Manager for Gate Gourmet (airline caterer) where she is leading 14 international insurance programs and the operational risk management of the group.

Last year she won the first “Risk Manager Rising Star of the Year” award organised by FERMA and she joined the Swiss Insurance & Risk Management (SIRM) association as board member for PR and communication.
