Nicolas Baygert holds a PhD in information and communication at CELSA (Paris IV-Sorbonne) and at the Université Catholique de Louvain (UCL). He teaches at Sciences Po Paris, the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) and at the Institute for Higher Social Communication Studies (IHECS), where he leads PROTAGORAS, a think tank dedicated to political and public communication.
