Nadezhda has spent more than 15 years working in the field of insurance and risk management. Her professional experience had been focused on setting up global insurance programs and implementing ERM in various companies operating in steel, oil, telecom and paper industries.

For nearly 7 years, Nadezhda’s responsibilities, as Managing director RM of JSFC Sistema, amongst others had been to coordinate and facilitate risk management issues covering operational, financial & investments risks at the corporate level. She also has served as a board member of various Sistema’s subsidiaries in retail, transportation, hotel and service industries.

Nadezhda was been actively involved in development and life of Russian Risk Management Association (RusRisk) since its establishment, first serving as a Vice President and until now as a member of the Supervisory Board. She also held a board member position of FERMA in 2004-2010.

Nadezhda Nosova holds Master’s degree from London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), Certified Risk Management Professional from RusRisk.
