After 13 years of service as Commander in the Arm of the Carabinieri Army, Manuel Di Casoli entered industrial food safety first at Esselunga, then the PAM Group and Carrefour. He then specialilized in security management and worked for Nestlè Italiana SpA. In 2014, his career took a new turn and he worked for EXPO 2015. During the planning phase of the Universal Exhibition, he was responsible for the management and coordination of Field Operations ant then moved to the Director of Security and Business Continuity. He’s also Professor of Risk Theory and Security Management at the Department of Economics at the University of Verona since 2014.
