Leopold has implemented the Risk Management practice in the Edenred Group since the Spin-off from the ACCOR Group in 2010. He has actively participated to build the culture of managing risks in the 42 countries. He leads the implementation of a reinsurance Captive. He set at the board of this subsidiary. Leopold is an active board member of the French association of Risk Managers (AMRAE).

Before, Leopold has started his career in 1999 in the insurance industry (AXA, CHUBB). First, as IT engineer, then as underwriter of risks for IT firms and Financial Institutions. He has also an experience as consultant, in Marsh Private Equity & Merger and Acquisition, and in an Accounting firm.

Leopold is a Lecturer of Risk Management in the Master of Finance at the Paris University and at the Master of Computer Sciences at the Sophia Antipolis University. Leopold received his Master in Computer Sciences, and his Master in Finance Major Risk Management at the Paris Dauphine University.
