Isabelle started her career in 1990 in a Japanese Bank where she has done lots of different jobs, mainly in the corporate banking area (credit department).

After for more than 10 years, she moved to ING Belgium as Team Head Corporate Lending, still  active in the credit side of the corporate lending business.

Passionate about people development, she joined HR Department in 2013 as responsible for the Management Traineeship Program, as Early Career Talent Manager.

She is a graduate from ICHEC Brussels (Master in Commercial Sciences) and VUB Brussels (Master in Management)
