Henrik started as a corporate lawyer in 1990 and moved over to insurance a few years later. He joined JLT in 1998 as one of first employees setting up the division for Financial Lines.

He became CEO for the Swedish operation in 20007 which was extended in 2010 to the Nordics and in 2013 to Northern Europe which currently includes the Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Germany and Benelux.

His experience includes all aspects of Financial Lines including M&A insurance as well as Credit & Political Risks as well as significant expertise in managing large and complex claims in those areas including assisting insureds and their lawyers in litigation/arbitration.
