Angela Paul

Senior Consultant, Willis Tower Watson

Angela is  Senior Consultant and lead the Employee Research arm of the WTW Research and Innovation Centre for EMEA and I am based in London.

She has broad and deep experience in both qualitative and quantitative design and analysis of opinion data.  She has a particular interest in what creates a culture of  innovation; effective management of change and how to foster employee voice for high performance which includes the role of risk and other employee metrics to predict  and improve organisational performance

For the past 16 years, she has advised clients of varying sizes, industries and developmental pathways to measure and to improve their organisational culture to release employee productivity and this enhance business performance.

Angela studied Social Psychology at Loughborough University 1989 – 1992 and went on to study for a PhD in Social Psychology at University of London while also working as a Research Fellow in various London Medical Schools.
